If you have a hard time planning meals, try using
these. With only two of us eating most nights, I often loose enthusiasm for cooking. When I have a plan made up AND written down, meals almost seem to prepare themselves! Gone are the days of standing in front of the refrigerator while letting all the cold air out and I contemplate how we have no food. (Which is NOT the case at all... just nothing I am in the mood for.) Mind you, the planned meals are subject to change (if maybe my cute hubby decides to take me out for a night on the town) but having a plan just makes it so much easier to make dinner! Also, we tend to eat more healthy when I plan something besides pizza for dinner. So, if you feel so inclined, try writing out your menu and let me know how it goes!
